ActBlue is basically just donation infrastructure, like a political PayPal. It’s exactly analogous to WinRed. There’s nothing scandalous here.

The money is donated *via* Act Blue. If someone donates $15 to AOC’s campaign via ActBlue, her campaign gets $15. If someone donates $10 to a bail fund via ActBlue, the bail fund gets $10. It’s a donation payment processing platform.
