Sounds like the BBC at the moment @RaheemKassam although I am forced to pay for it if I want a television.
All the streaming services have “black movies” at the top of their home pages. “George Floyd was murdered? Sell them black movies at $3.99 a pop and say it’s woke!” You’re being exploited, folks.

I haven't paid the bbc for 2 years, no tv on show from outside and I just don't let them in, its commission based so they stop coming when they realise they aren't getting paid.
