I don't dislike the west. I have many close friends from the west including my girlfriend & my roommates. I'm all for collaborations and win-wins between China and the west, economically and culturally. What I dislike are biased people who actively sabotage these win-wins.

I’ve been to China. It is a beautiful country, with great food, interesting culture and friendly (if not exceptionally rude in many settings) people. That doesn’t change the fact that the CCP is an abomination and threat to global prosperity.
