I don’t get why you’ve stopped thinking

Do you really believe you’re more intelligent than I am, suddenly? I ask because I recall countless conversations where you’d say the opposite, and lament your own “stupidity” in your own words.

I think we’re equally intelligent. I always have. I don’t think you’re stupid - and I don’t think I am either - which is why I don’t understand why you can’t ever say “x was bad but in the grand scheme of things” like you used to.

Is American politics so perfect there’s nothing to say?

It’s so perfect there’s too much said.

And you’re not saying anything.

You can listen to my show 2 hours a day or read the site I edit. Or my tweets. Or my opeds. I say plenty. But mindlessly repeating “oMg DruMpF!” is not an discussion point.

Raheem, I’d rather spent that time playing charades in the pub, making tomashco and pissing about. That’s not feasible any more because anything that isn’t Media seems to have disappeared. This whole conversation has just felt really sad to be honest, I miss you as a friend.
