I got a phone grip from a Kickstarter called “OhSnap”. I really liked it. Gave them to my friends. But soon they all broke. Now the company, just 3 months later, won’t replace or refund. They say they’ll give a discount on their next product. Caveat emptor, I guess.pic.twitter.com/LC4AJHI9kx
The weird thing is they accept the flaws but are still selling this faulty device online. I see their ads all the time. Is this fraud? I have no idea. Just don’t buy them.

Selling goods that are not fit for the intended purpose strikes me as fraudulent, their best protection is that it probably is worth more than the cost of the goods to go legal on them.
