The weird thing is they accept the flaws but are still selling this faulty device online. I see their ads all the time. Is this fraud? I have no idea. Just don’t buy them.

I got a phone grip from a Kickstarter called “OhSnap”. I really liked it. Gave them to my friends. But soon they all broke. Now the company, just 3 months later, won’t replace or refund. They say they’ll give a discount on their next product. Caveat emptor, I guess.pic.twitter.com/LC4AJHI9kx

This is why Kickstarter is going broke. QC not just of the products but accountability of the creators has been an issue and it’s steadily gotten worse.
