  The idea that wealthy highly-educated ppl choosing to congregate in areas whose *draw* looong preceded current residents MAKES them special is hubris on roids.A wealthy New Yorker is treated the same at the federal level as a wealthy person from Mississippi. Same for the poor.

  Cenk Uygur is fibber. States which are controlled by leftists impose income taxes on citizens which they are allowed to deduct from federal taxes. Those states are being subsidised by states which are controlled by Republicans.
