To be clear, Germany is NOT sending a $130bn bill to China. That story was a report by the Daily Express which took a mock up of a bill by a tabloid newspaper, and misrepresented it.

no they aint...its was just a summation by a German newspaper....that is not to say it shouldn't as per Australian ministers are asking that China be brought in front of an international tribunal for its deliberate attitude in hiding the facts
