If china not provide your country now have near 1 million cases, get virus sample, send it to research and track whatever you want. You blame someone unless you have no technological advance labs to study virus or rely completely on china.
You realise they need the ORIGINAL virus sample, right? Not just a sample from someone random in the U.S.

Original Virus means if created in lab (not proven by any country yet) otherwise its animal to human transfer and then spread in whole globe. Now someone take sample of virus from blood and can carry any level of investigation in labs by researcher.
