It's a strange phenomenon to be sure. Two things can be true: The virus is deadly and real. Violating constitutional rights is not the best way to deal with a chinese bioweapon.
I never wanted any rights to be infringed but they seem to have their knickers in a twist. I think their stock portfolios took a knock.
