“Here it lays an egg that hatches into a larva and devours the paralyzed spider alive” So like Confucius Institutes to the minds of college students? Or CCP birth tourism? Or CCP capture of international institutions like WHO?

I caught one a few years ago in a jar and I didn’t know what it was...felt very lucky after I googled it.

I’m 99% sure one of these flew within 6 feet of me and my father while we were exploring some hills out around LA. I was like 8. I had no idea what we had seen until I came across a similar article while in college. Terrifying.

Let summer I saw what I thought was a glove walking across my lawn, upon further inspection it was a giant tarantula being dragged by one of these nightmare bugs😳
