Ha. Doing "everything" showed a peak in July. Now he says 2-3 weeks. Just admit his projection was wrong. Nowhere did he project what he now projects. It's OK to be wrong sometimes.
You could make the case that he underestimated the effects of the plan. You can't make the case the plan was incorrect.

It's much more likely that he overestimated the virus. But believe whatever you like. I'm just glad this is good news. Some people can't appreciate when things go well. I'd encourage folks to celebrate success and not dwell on the past.
