I’ve been thinking the way we are already taxed. (We live w/o debt). They probably want all of us not to work, because tax wise it may not be worth it!
The people who think they are fighting on the side of the "the worker" are up against a threat that has never before appeared: automation. Once upon a time, "strike!" was their answer for everything. Now, they can just be replaced by cheap machine labor that doesn't unionize.
