I got some helpful advice from PG County, MD. Nothing from any DC authority. Goes to show it’s not a matter of central governance problems, but rather implementation at a local level.

@Fort Belvoir, I have recently visited an urgent care for testing. I tested positive for Flu A but the care was 5 star! In and out in a hour with meds. You may try this useful service!!
