For the record: About ten minutes before I filmed this, a group of around 150 young men and women (substantially more men than women though) rioted in the lower part of Chaussée d'Ixelles (close to Flagey) i.e. throwing bottles and damaging cars.
There were only two police officials going after them when I first checked. At some point the crowd seemed to have decided they didn't have to run away from only two persons and started going after them.
It looked like one of them got hurt at his head or face, maybe hit by a something. They backed off, within minutes several police vans with riot police arrived, dissolved the crowd and arrested around 20 individuals, who were taken away a few minutes ago.pic.twitter.com/3cq9xLJJmo
