hmmm guess it depends on how big. because REALLY big would limit their ability to exercise.

currently 273lbs, aiming to get to 224, so not so big that exercise is an issue

yeah, i think that is fairly doable. I'd need to know them and their "motivation" level, cant imagine laying too much.
