What she has alleged is categorically untrue. I spoke to a defamation lawyer. I will be taking legal action against this person who has made these false allegations. I remind my friends and supporters that facts matter and nobody should have to endure cyber-defamation.

I think the counter argument by a lot of his current supporters will be, "If she just wanted an apology why didn't she discuss this with him thru back channels privately."
I don’t think any accuser ‘just wants an apology’. They tell their story not only to get it off of their chest and to hopefully start a healing process but to protect others from the same experience and maybe give others the strength to share their experiences.

Yeah, that's why it's vital that she does share it, that's why this movement started up & isn't stopping here on twitter. Going public with these very hard stories is a key part of it. The people who are accountable should listen & own up to it rather than attack back.
