I do not consider it rude to ask and find it very common in queer communities no matter folks appearances. A simple “what are your pronouns?” is perfect :)

Completely understand that within the community. For some1 like me who is not part of the community but lives in an area where it’s not uncommon (Brighton, UK), but still uncommon enough that some may be confused by that question it’s important to me I know the best way to start
