We seem to be the only train not moving. Not even travelling through the affected area (on a Victoria Train)

@SouthernRailUK @networkrail yet another signal fault. Stuck outside ECR while the line is ‘blocked’. Yet 2 trains have passed us going in the same direction. Care to explain??
