100% angle. Not just the card movement but the stacking the chips looking to pump fake too. Doing everything he could to get a reaction from his opponent

Stacking the chips like that is totally fine in my view. If someone is reacting in a certain way to how I'm counting or stacking chips, I'm going to do those actions more obviously to draw the tell. But the folding motion is wayyyyy out of line.

Not just stacking his chips like they're ready to go all in, but also moving the stack, granted it was to the side and not forward. On its own it's not a big deal, but given the blatant angleshoot after I bet the chip stacking/shifting was deliberate mischief as well.
