Poker Room idea: Water bottle filling stations instead of using so many single use plastic water bottles. I'm not sure if this would encourage others to stay hydrated during their sessions but it's something I've been paying closer attention to while I work.

Yeah, I can see that type of thing being an issue.
Don’t make it self serve. Have waiting staff do it properly. Poker rooms could sell their own so anyone who wants water but doesn’t have bottle can buy one from the room they are playing at
