Yeah, its really easy to dismiss with the old we don't have the full facts line. I'm sure a couple of extra hours a week or having a couple of extra writers equates to $30-$40m dollars. With the replies, not the companies fault its the publics, attitude to this that still stinks!
I’m not dismissing the fact that gender pay gap exists, but if Gervais is putting out 3x more content and gets 3x money isn’t that equality?
