Yeah, its really easy to dismiss with the old we don't have the full facts line. I'm sure a couple of extra hours a week or having a couple of extra writers equates to $30-$40m dollars. With the replies, not the companies fault its the publics, attitude to this that still stinks!

Dave Chapelle and Ricky Gervais are on a different level to Amy Schumer. I'm not saying there isn't a gender pay gap, but in this situation there are other things at play. Ricky and Dave will pull more people to Netflix than Amy. Dave more than Ricky.
