Hi Allan. I'm sorry to read your tweet. We are aware that some customers have experienced this issue. Emails are sometimes prepared in advance of them being sent out which could be the reason you have received it now after you've closed your account. 1/2 Lesley
Yo @TSB you’ve sent me 6 emails in the last 24 hours warning me about fraudulent emails. This is 1) incredibly excessive, 1 is enough and 2) stupid as the only account I had with you was closed a couple of weeks ago
