The worst thing is, that you know if we do better than expected the Sun will be all over it, where as they'll be rounding up the people to blame if we go out in the group stages. They literally can't lose. Most of decent journalism is dead.
Good journalism is long gone. Most now just trawl social media looking for stories, mainly to do with people famous for being famous. Last time I bought a paper was because I had nothing to do while waiting at Hospital and I like the Times puzzle pages!
