They are & these are the same: anti-homeless + ableist. Spikes & reduced seating caused my child who’d had 6+ surgeries on legs by age 9 to hurt thru vacation in DC cause he couldn’t ever sit down in windows or shade of eaves. (He must sit every 30 minutes even with paid meds.)
