    Unreal haul today from craigslist post of a gym owner looking to empty a storage unit. Are you kidding me!?! Still a rack, airdyne bike & more! Needless to say, my wife will be thrilled when she gets home! 😁

    Developing athletes are often told to slow things down to get it “right”. In some scenarios speeding it up can tell a truer story of the most necessary and efficient actions to the desired outcome.

    The adjustability in his swing pitch to pitch is impressive also. Some up in the zone. Some down. Great example of how athletic these guys are!!

    This is why I’m thankful for places like that bring athletes from all levels of a sport together and encourage interaction. The moments I had as a college and MiLB player talking with MLB’ers changed where I placed emphasis in my work.

    If you ask athletes why their favorite coach is their favorite coach often their response is “We speak the same language”. That coach is able to cue the athlete in the right terminology that unlocks their potential. How many athletes never found their language? Potential?

    Elite athletes may not even fully understand exactly what they do that makes them great in the first place! BUT maybe something they share will help someone else unlock their game. If theres one thing we know its there any many different languages and cues to drive similar action

    If an athlete ever says they are unwilling to share thoughts on mechanics or approach because they don’t want to give away “secrets”, they can go kick rocks. You aren’t great because you discovered a technique no one else knows, you are great because of your ability to apply it
