Was Colin selfish not to film a regeneration scene? #DoctorWho

They didn't treat him the best. Besides, whacking his head off the console is the best reason for regenerating yet!

He owed them nothing after they unceremoniously dumped him. I would have loved a televised regeneration, but don't blame him one teeny, tiny bit for not doing one.

No way, we don’t blame Colin at all! He put his heart and soul into that part and he was rewarded with the sack, he was right not to return. The fact that since then he’s continued to be the biggest fan of the show and the best ambassador says so much about the great man

He was voted the best BF Doctor. He proved all he needed was good scripts. Come to think of it not all of his stories were terrible, but there was massive behind the scenes trouble. And BF gave him a great regeneration story. I consider it canon.

The BBC and JNT treated him like shit, randomly fired and they still asked him to film a regeneration scene, I don't blame him at all for saying no But he still feels like he should've for the fans - he's truly sweet

Well... Big Finish?

JNT had nothing to do with him being treated like shit or being fired.

JNT was a lovely man. Not a bad bone. He was forced to fire Colin.

They should have let him have the dark coat he requested. A patchwork coat ao blacks and grays would have been awesome.
