If a restriction is put in place it should be on the video halls...not the children. Why I'm working to open community centers.

Agreed, age limits should be posted on the video halls. No entry if of particular age, and ID checks should be mandatory.

Such restrictions are family and parental based. It can't be on Hall owners cause some parents give a freedom of rights to their children
