The Chinese amb is trying to defend the Chinese company that failed to do a good job. Your Excellency Amb many of us have gone to school and we do know how such huge project should be carried out. Without feasibility studies, your company will failed again and again.

I doubt his point..In China, there are a lot of tunnels and I can’t see how such a plain land can be a challenged.

That means the company should be sued for its lack of credibility and incompetence. If they can dig through mountains this swamp is just a walk over.
