Part of the runway at Juba Int'l Airport has been cut off from use after it was flooded by rainwater. Airport Director, Kur Kuol, said the long hours of heavy rain affected the runway and the situation was made worse by a lack of a proper drainage system at the airport.pic.twitter.com/Oh8illQGM2

we'll have to talk about urban planning or lack of it in Juba to answer this, there's no drainage for water anywhere when there's heavy rains... couple of years of this happening around this time
