Indeed, they need to learn commitment, loyalty, devotion goes to the country first.

A lot need to be done. Our army need some serious training to wash away the mentality of "we fought for this country". Sincerely speaking who didn't contribute? Even those in the villages contributed immensely to the struggle, by providing food during the struggle.

I absolutely agree with you, that's why the profession looks like a last resort job because you can't join the army only to serve an individual rather a nation.

I surprise to hear this...

Army should be train to know their roles of duties. Perhaps, army must received their salaries on time in order to stop crime of looting and rampant killing. Top ranks officers who are old should be given benefits of retirement as well.
