Minister have not given students their money 3 000000 dollars which were approved but they have not reached the destination. Greediness is finishing our country

İf Hon Minister is the one going to be responsible for the distribution ...İ can say that RIP citizens in houses. Because he is there to loot not work. Students are suffering everywhere but has he sort it out as the minister concern.he is not the right person
