A point of clarification, Did president Kiir talk of government employees or all the sectors? This statement here contradicts what I rad on presidential press unit.
President Salva Kiir has announced half-day working hours for government employees. In a Presidential order issued last evening all civil servants will be working from 7:30 am to 1 pm.
