This is a good initiative, but the cost is way too much. Where are the areas parking fees will be charged? Why not charge a daily fee which can allow you to park anywhere within the designated areas by the council?

They will need to develop the parking lot clearly marked and with payment systems. Last time Juba City council collected money for rubbish collection which we all see today are dumped on the roadsides. Thiik Thiik borrowed ideas need further study and better planning

That's a welcome development for as long as: 1- there is transparency in the way the revenue is handled. 2- The revenue will be used for service delivery especially improvement of city roads infrastructure.

Good move but 100ssp per hr is expensive. Will they have timers to measure the ammount of time a car spends on a parking lot? I think it should be a uniform rate that allows you to park at whatever place
