Hate speeches come in cos we south sudanese believe in encouraging tribalism right from our top most leaders. If leaders themselves could sideline tribal hate speeches and advise youth to refrain from such hates word than people would copy their path.

Hate speech is always a problem to our country since and today .... I wish we could be positive when it come to hate speech coz it promote racist segregation with in the country
