The best therapy Mini-ster of F&P, Hon. Garang should have done is not lifting of travel ban imposed on Dr. Attipoe after his unceremonious ouster at the helm of NRA but to re-instate him back to his docket because the court found no guilt hence that's what led 2 exoneration.
