If plan A fail? what should be the next since A is likely 1/2 mathematically.

David Shearer peddling lies. He doesn't mean good for the people of South Sudan. Why? Because any sane person would insist on the implementation of the critical components of the revitalised agreement. He is even giving weird numbers of refugees who have returned to the country.

The opposition and the government are now in Juba struggling with the implementation of the agreement. What difference will the formation of R-TGUNO make that the current joined team failed to do? David Shearer the Unity govt you are advocating for has no magic bullet
