The problem isn't lack of a generator but for the power to be working 24/7. You need fuel suppliles replenished throughout or provide them with alternative source of power like solar power.

As someone who has spent sometime in JTH and a bit of time at Al-Sabaah children's hospita beforel, know that when both facilities have good generators, there is a tendency to shut off power at a time like midnight due to fuel shortage. I'm not excited about new generators
