Loans aren't bad when directed to the right place and used for the right concern . But the predicament is that great sums of these loans mostly end up in individual pockets which contributes to zero national productive projects development yet in return a repay is required

I thought the $50M was a grant from the China-Exim bank, this was according the report on state owned

50M USD shouldn't be managed by Jinubin (to implement) in contracts........but Chinese donors have to work on these projects(basic commodity industries i.e sugar, cooking & flour industries ) and activities needed for this

It’s very unfortunate because this loan will definitely end up in an individual pocket and will be used to purchase luxuries houses and car overseen as they did before. The worst part of it, we are going to inherit this bad debts.
