I don't recall a lot of charity for Trump's "punish the abortion-havers" crap, nor should there have been. Same goes here.

You'd note most of the heat on Trump about punishing the women came from the Right, because they know that's too harsh & counterproductive.

What you call "exasperating" I call "sane." Why have policy positions if we're going to claim they're indistinguishable from whims?

Overturning Roe is conceivable. One more conservative Supreme Court justice might just do it.

Fortunately, legal decisions are more complicated and nuanced than political tribalism.
