I hope. If the Dems make the mistake of becoming a second party of white grievance (as many encourage), all bets are off.

Yes. Once the pain begins, the joy of spiting liberals will wear off. Many unwittingly working against their own self-interest

@joshtpm that's been my image of the GOP: a dying snake whose thrashing will be widespread and cause much damage.

That is my biggest fear...the damage that can be done before justice prevails. To me, it is scary.

@joshtpm The Third Reich was doomed (inhumanity) as was USSR (economics). Yes the problem is what happens meanwhile.
