When was the last time you drove around a city at 11 a.m.& saw 16 yrs olds pushing strollers, walking with their babies, hanging on street corners during what should be school time! They're not capable of a knowledge vote even some adult aren't!its a way to pad you voting base!!!

Insane!! You want to make a change?!? How about proposing an amendment mandating term limits for Congressional members?! That is REAL change. Changing the voting age to 16 is absolutely ridiculous. If anything, it should be raised to 21. Smh
