What time does the game drop? I can't see it on Steam other than available on the 10th which is in 30 minutes for me - but I'm guessing that's not the release time?

As I understand it in game money is the only one you can use whilst playing (to buy guns and stuff) the premium currency will allow you to buy cosmetics without having to unlock them first.
