Yeah like everything it works for some and not for others :-( For those that like it though it works. Making sure people feel like I have their back is always the goal, but not as easy as it sounds.
I think for some just hearing that others were also struggling was enough, even if they didn't want to share in detail that day. Knowing you're not alone is powerful.
