For some reason it's only men who are saying either that they already do this (of course they do) or that this is bad (who exactly do they not want to see doing this, which they already do?). And women who are grateful. Things that make me go Hmm....

Since this blew up: Antifa are the good guys. Punching Nazis is always the righteous and worthy thing to do.

Yeah I blocked a MAGA motherfucker who thinks fighting against fascism is fascism. Stupid goddamn pieces of shit. Come on bastards I will block you all and your little followers too.

Another MAGAt and their followers bites the dust. As far as I'm concerned they do not exist on Twitter. Twitter Block Chain, a web browser extension, is a fine and wonderful creation.

The MAGAts come like flies to honey but these flies live on a diet of shit so I block block block and never, well, almost never engage. I have learned that me engaging them does no good whatsoever. If that's your thing, I have your back, but I won't.

I never know which of my tweets will blow up. I'm glad this did because a lot of people seem to have needed to hear it. All of the ones who expressed that here seem to be women. Think about that too. Now I'm gonna mute and ignore this. It's on its own now. Adieu.

I want to say that I find that particularily silly and irrlevant to most extent , so I did the thing below before I get roasted of being stupid and stuff, Also I acknowledge it might help some and they might feel nice but I think it's lacking actual moral valuespic.twitter.com/ZR0mlzlFlP

Not stupid. What I read was okay. The font isn't ideal and is hard to read. Everything gets about a half a second of my consideration before I either engage or move on. Sorry.
-
Probably took you longer to type about why you moved on, then it would of to just read the rest

And yet boundaries can be excuses, “I don’t need to reach out to others, I don’t need to help others, I can ignore others.”
-
"Words slip, slide, and perish" and if I apply enough verbiage to anything I can make it seem the opposite of what everyday consideration perceives it to be. Yes this can be unhealthy, as several men commenting here show. It is however welcome and useful to many of us others.

All of a sudden, it becomes apparent how decades working in food service has impacted my personal relationships
-
In a good kinda way? (Probably not but I hope so.)
-
Not in a good way. In order to effectively do my job I must do the opposite of everything on this list.
-
I'm working at fast food now. Can confirm. It drains people quickly.

Ditto for teaching (or, for that matter, any job that involves customer/client relationship or satisfaction - or, broadly in workspace, in power equations, etc) One could first try in non-work/personal life space... Great guide, methinks, especially for women!
-
Yep, it's the same in IT, as far as anticipating others' needs. I don't think it hurts to be proactive when keeping a complex system functioning. But I do think I take too much on of others' expectations, too. Valuable discussion
