She is a perfect example of what a girl can do when she sets her mind to it. What a wonderful positive role model.
Hearing that @AOC was in @girlscouts just confirms everything they always told us about scouting. It really does prepare girls for leadership! (It was also super fun and educational. I loved being a scout!)

My troop did absolutely freaking nothing. We didn’t get to earn badges or anything. I never really got to experience what Girl Scouts was supposed to be about. I had the manual & knew there were exciting things out there but our leaders were worthless. Like our currrnt pres.
