    Just a fact check. The economic expansion has been on for decade. The last three years of the admin produced more jobs than the first three years of . Unemployment fell from 10.2 to 4.7 under Obama. It’s fallen another 1.2 percent under Trump.

    What a year! Proud of my friend , the team of dedicated professionals he’s put together, and all the work they’ve done these past 24 months. (Especially you 😉.)

    We accomplished a great deal for Hoboken in 2019, with lots more to come this year. At my 2nd State of the City address, I laid out some upcoming plans: 1. Develop framework for light rail stop on 15th St to facilitate economic growth & in North End

    My husband, the doctor.

    At tonight’s Council mtg, proud to cosponsor w/ a resolution calling on Congress to reunite migrant families and afford them due process . Hoboken is the 1st city/4th municipality in NJ to pass such a res.

    The speakers today at Safety & Security Summit are not all Jewish, but each fiercely spoke as if the recent anti-Semetic attacks happened to them. To combat hate, we must each embody “If I am not for myself, who will be for me? But if I am only for myself, who am I?”

    The 1st votes cast tonight elected TWO women to leadership positions: as Council Prez & Vanessa Falco as VP. In 2017, Ms. Falco became the 1st African-American person elected as a councilmember & now, is the first elected to a leadership position. Congrats! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    I met in 2010, as my supervisor at , where her job was managing 12 college interns during summer break. She led us with fierce passion and quiet direction, and I've been so happy to see her sharing these gifts on a larger stage.

    Hanukkah tells the story of the Maccabees, warriors who fought for freedom of Jewish expression. Tonight I proudly stood with people who also fight for religious freedom to light the menorah. Thank you for inviting me up & Hoboken Chabad & Rabbi Scheinberg for hosting

    It was an honor to join elected officials from across the region in Hoboken & today to light the menorah on the 1st night of . Hanukkah is the Festival of Lights and we must remember that only light drives out darkness. Thank you for joining us
