    I just completed a week without grains, dairy, nuts, caffeine, alcohol, chocolate! &more. Takeaways so far: I feel and look better than I did a week ago. The caffeine withdrawals are gone. If I can do this, you guys can literally do anything.

        For those asking, I am trying the autoimmune protocol, which is an elimination diet aimed at targeting allergens that may be triggering my autoimmunity. I am doing an N=1 experiment. I have no issue with these things from a moral/ nutritional stance, so carry on as you wish!

        I spent 2 full days on the couch in zombie mode detoxing from caffeine cold turkey. Never go cold turkey.

        I can second this. That's why its nice to have a rule to not have caffeine after 3-4 pm, it never helps.

        I cut caffeine and my energy improved dramatically. Also my mood and I don't clench my jaw when I sleep nearly as much

        About 2 months. I'll sip an espresso shot when out with friends but I've done that only twice in two months. I also was out with my nephews & had a cup of coffee bc I was bushed. I love coffee but its an occasional thing bc I know the consequences

        It’s been two weeks without coffee and I’m amazed at how much more consistent my energy is! I’ll always love coffee but not everyday 🤭🤫

        I drink water (1-1.5ltr) with some salt in it for about 2-3 hours. Then I have some tea. Sometimes in another hour or two, I'll drink some raw cacao
