Technically speaking, it would be easier to win there than in the districts that dip into Austin. And if they can recognize this feature in the 22nd I don't understand why they're blind to it in the 3rd and 24th, esp as their mistake w not investing in

In no universe are we favored in the 3rd, Van Taylor outperformed Cruz by 7 points and Beto himself couldn't carry the district. 25 and 31 are also against us to the point some outlets are changing 31 to Safe R.

I’ll say this- in case someone sees this- like NE 2 in ‘18, whichever candidate wins those run offs is capable of winning the district. Party puts too much emphasis on the candidate. A truly bad candidate matters- a truly great one helps, but granular differences are not that imp
